The set menu includes a unique truffle potato fritter that was surprisingly good with the dakgalbi. It’s crispy on the outside with a light truffle aroma and a mild, savory flavor that doesn’t overpower the main dish. It added a nice texture contrast and worked especially well with the melted cheese.
We also ordered the “Binghwa” pan-fried meat dumplings. They look quite distinctive at first glance, with a golden, lacy crust on the bottom, but when flipped over, the dumplings resemble regular Korean mandu. The exterior is extremely crispy while the inside stays juicy, making it a satisfying side dish if you enjoy meat-filled dumplings with a crunchy finish.
