This Korean soybean paste wrap rice at Hannam-dong restaurant Nanpo was one of the most memorable dishes we tried. The rich and savory doenjang base is topped with tofu and vegetables, then finished with neatly wrapped fresh cabbage leaves.

Each wrap feels light but flavorful, making it easy to enjoy without feeling heavy.
