Charcoal-Grilled Pork with Bunmoja

This ready-to-eat tray includes bite-sized pork skirt meat, bunmoja, garlic, and ssamjang. I ate it on its own, but pairing it with rice and kimchi would make it much more filling.

A Closer Look at the Pork and Bunmoja

The savory grilled pork pairs surprisingly well with the slightly sweet and chewy bunmoja. The texture combination was my favorite part, although the portion felt a little small for ₩5,200 (about $3.68).
